Q. Will my items be ready to cook as soon as they get here?
A. Your items will arrive frozen. Once they're thawed, enjoy!
Q. Why do I have to have my order shipped by next day air?
A. The dry ice in which your perishable order is packed will only last 36 hours from the time it is shipped.
Q. Do I get sauce with the Montgomery Inn ribs?
A. Yes. You receive an 18.5 oz. bottle for every two slabs or a 29 oz. bottle for every four slabs.
Q. Can I use a Montgomery Inn gift card to purchase from Cincy Favorites?
A. Yes. In order to use a Montgomery Inn gift card at Cincy Favorites you will need to call us to place your order at 1-877-CINCY-99
Q. Can I add other items to the order?
A. Yes, as long as there is a minimum order.
Q. What is the minimum order of Montgomery Inn ribs?
A. Two slabs of ribs.
Q. What is the minimum order of Montgomery Inn sauce?
A. Four-pack of the 18.5 oz. bottles.
Q. Will my extra case of sauce arrive the same time as the Montgomery Inn ribs?
A. Not unless you specify that it be shipped via next day air, otherwise the sauce is sent ground and will arrive in 1-5 business days.
Q. Why are the shipping prices so high?
A. The perishable items we carry must be sent to arrive within one day or they risk being spoiled. We pass along our discounted UPS rates to save you as much as possible on shipping.
Q. What flavors of ice cream do you carry?
A. Chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, black raspberry chip, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mocha chip, butter pecan, black cherry and double chocolate chip.
Q. Can I order a special flavor of ice cream?
A. Yes, if you place the order at least two weeks ahead of time so we can get the ice cream shipped to us (Graeter's flavors only).
Q. I live in the Cincinnati area and want to drop off a special item to have shipped along with my order. Can I do that?
A. Yes, if the item(s) will fit into our coolers. ...The shipping price may be increased though, depending on the weight of the cooler.
Q. Does someone need to sign for my order when UPS delivers it?
A. If the order is going to an apartment someone will have to sign for it. If your order is going to a house, UPS will leave it at the door.
Q. Can I ship to more than one person?
A. Yes, but shipping charges will be added to each order.
