Password or Do You Want To Change It?

How to Find Your Password:
You can follow the instructions below or click here to watch a video on finding your account password:

From the CincyFavorites website, click on the "Log In" button located inside the shopping cart
Next click on: "Did you forget your password? Click here"
You then enter your email address and click "Retrieve Hint"
If your hint does not help you remember your password, you can then click "Email Password" and your password will be emailed to you

How to Change Your Password:
You can follow the instructions below or click here to watch a video on changing your account password:

From the CincyFavorites website, click on the "Log In" button located inside the shopping cart
Enter your email address and your current password and click "Log in Securely"
Now that you are logged in, click on "My Account/Reorder" button located inside the shopping cart
Click on the "Edit" button at the top of the page
You can now scroll down and change your password, then click "Commit"
