We do not sell your information:
We do not sell any of your personal information to any third party. We automatically collect information about how our website is used (not specific to any particular guest) so that we may improve the products and services we offer.

How we store your information:
We store information you give us and information we collect in our own secure computer databases.

We ask for your permission to communicate to you:
On our website, you can elect to receive promotional and/or informational emails from us. When you opt in/sign up for one of our email promotion programs, we ask that you provide us with your name and valid email address. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm your subscription. We then use this information to send email messages to you. You may unsubscribe at any time using a link within each email.

You can limit our communication to you:
If you ever want to stop emails from CincyFavorites.com, please let us know. You can opt out/unsubscribe from receiving information at any time using the “Modify My Profile” link provided at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Remember, our products are shipped frozen and are perishable. Please open immediately upon receipt and thaw promptly, or keep frozen for later enjoyment. Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to product spoilage, which CincyFavorites will not be responsible for. All products delivered in a timely manner will be assumed delivered fresh and of acceptable quality.

Orders shipped by 2pm EST may be eligble to be shippped out the same day. Orders input after 2pm EST will be shipped out the next business day or an elected future date.

For gift orders please ensure intended recipients are made aware of package deliveries. All packaging is marked "Perishable, Will Spoil Overnight."

Shipping Rates

We ship nearly all of our food items via UPS.* Our perishable items can be sent via UPS Next Day Air Saver® or UPS 2-day Ground with extra dry ice to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping rates are based solely on the item(s) that are being shipped and the location they are to be delivered to. We pass along savings that we receive from UPS to ensure that you can ship our products at the lowest possible rate. Shipping rates are subject to change based on the real time rates that are published by UPS.

*Exceptions for shipping non-perishable items outside of UPS: Shipping to military bases, shipping gift cards)

**UPS Ground shipping is available for much of the Midwest and East Coast. We ship these packages out for Wed-Friday delivery.

Return Policy

CincyFavorites and its brands maintain the highest levels of quality and service. Your shipment is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging and shipping protects your order, even in warmer climates. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us to explain the problem. We will promptly contact you to resolve the problem.

Please do not throw the product away until you have talked with us. UPS may need to see any damages. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package. We welcome your comments about our products and service.

Cancelation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled ship day. Orders scheduled to ship the same day they are placed can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. After this the product is committed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been committed to any point in the delivery process. Orders cannot be cancelled because the recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
