MOTHER'S GRILLED WINGS COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mother’s Grilled Wings are fully-cooked and ready to heat. We take special care to cook them to the optimal temperature and flash freeze them to maximize tenderness, taste and texture. Because of this, we recommend heating until just hot then serving immediately for the best possible results. To serve as traditional wings just heat to an internal temperature of 165°F, toss in your favorite sauce, shake off extra sauce and serve, or serve plain with dipping sauces. Mother’s Grilled Wings can be cooked from frozen or thawed overnight in your refrigerator.
Preheat your grill and cook the wings until hot.
For frozen wings: 6-7 minutes per side
For defrosted wings: 3-4 minutes per side
Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove wings from bag and place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
For frozen wings: 17 - 20 minutes
For defrosted wings: 13 - 16 minutes
We recommend microwaving on a plate in a single layer. If your microwave does not have a turntable, turn the plate ¼ turn halfway through heating. Allow them to sit for a minute or two after heating to avoid hotspots, then serve as desired.
For frozen wings: High for 7 - 9 minutes
For defrosted wings: High for 3 - 5 minutes
However you choose to heat your wings, we recommend serving them immediately for maximum flavor. Traditional hot chicken wings are served in a spicy sauce with celery and bleu cheese on the side to cut the heat, but you can serve them however you choose. With so many delicious options on the market you can choose any flavor - we make them plain so you can choose!
